For Scheduled Trips, the individual deposit is $600. Private Trips have a deposit of $2,000.

Absolutely. On Scheduled Trips, your deposit is entirely refundable within 7 days of booking, provided it's made at least 7 days before the Final Payment due date. Beyond this window, you can still transfer the deposit or keep it for a future booking until the Final Payment due date. For Private Trips, Active Cruises, or Special Departures, consult our Terms & Conditions for deposit refund specifics.
We accept deposits and balances in US dollars via major credit card, check, money order, or wire transfer. Trip balance is payable as per provided terms. Unless otherwise instructed, we'll charge your on-file credit card for the balance. Failure to receive the Final Payment as scheduled could lead to reservation cancellation at the discretion of Impact Adventure Tours.

We are in the process of getting our own insurance and bonded as a travel agent, but travelers would need to get their own travel insurance if they want that coverage.

Trip confirmations occur prior to the Final Payment due date. Most trips are assured in advance, often after 5 bookings. Once confirmed, an email will notify you, allowing secure flight and accommodation bookings.
Until confirmation, refrain from non-refundable or non-transferable flight purchases.

We will be staying at vetted, luxury hotels. The only exception will be on service days when we might stay at the partner organizations' accommodations.
